The Request
On November 4, 2026, I made this request to the Municipal Police Training Committee (MPTC):
The lesson plans, powerpoints and handouts for the seven courses listed in the 2025 In-Service syllabus.
The course "Freedom & Hate" was attacked by right-wing extremists for identifying right-wing extremist groups.
The Response
The MPTC responded on November 5, 2026, with 22 files covering these courses:
- Freedom & Hate: Speech, Crimes and Groups
- Freedom of Speech
- Freedom of Assembly: Crowd Management
- Freedom to Communicate: Deaf/Hard of Hearing & Victims of Human Trafficking
