I requested from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Economic Development (EOED) all emails between former Secretary Yvonne Hao and gov.il (Israeli government) email addresses.
My motivation for this request was to better understand the secretary's relationship with Israel. I was especially interested in learning more about a trip to Israel she mentioned in an email released as part of a previous FOIA.
Based on the following email, that trip seemed to have been one for "Boston women leaders" and was organized by Joanna Jacobson.
Based on an anecdote in this Boston Globe article, we know then CEO of MassPort Lisa Wieland was also on that trip.
