The Request
I requested all emails sent by Jeevan Ramapriya since 2025-05-08 containing the keyword "Sheba".
I was seeking information relating to the Israeli Sheba/ARC accelerator Governor Healey announced would be coming to Massachusetts.

He also connects John Hefferman of Park Strategies with the team, saying "They are particularly interesting in: Assembly Innovation Park, Seaport Science Center, University Park, and Albany Cambridge." He also references BioMed Realty.

Subject to board approval of reviewed and successful applications and compliance with the terms of a definitive award agreement, MLSC will commit to award Sheba ARC’s associated for- profit companies aligned with this project $20,000 in incentive tax credits per net new, permanent, full-time equivalent job created in calendar years 2026 – 2030, and retained for three years, up to 250 jobs.

Orli Biger, CEO of Sheba ARC USA and Dr. Yonatan Keshner have visited a few sites already and would be interesting in checking out the Enterprise Research Campus at Harvard. They are initially looking to start with a space for 10 people, including some private desks and some shared rooms for meetings and Zoom calls, with the option to grow gradually to 20 people and more than 50 in the upcoming years. They are looking to lease from January 2026 and would appreciate some flexibility.
