I didn't request these documents. A comrade and fellow activist did. They requested emails sent or received by Jeevan Ramapriya (ED of MOITI) that contain the search term “boston.mfa.gov.il” or “sheba.health.gov.il” from when he took charge until 07/02/2025.
Jeevan Ramapriya is the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment (MOITI).
Notes
Pages 1-4: Aug 1 2023 — thread with Eli Levin. He was (formerly) responsible for Economic Affairs and Innovation at the Israeli consulate. He mentioned meeting with "MASS Tech Health Collaborative" which I believe is part of Massachusetts Technology Collaborative.
Levin mentions an upcoming delegation from The Israeli Innovation Authority.
Sarah Stanton, an undersecretary at the Executive Office of Economic Development, connects Levin with: Massachusetts Life Sciences Center, MassBio, MassVentures, and Massachusetts Technology Collaborative.
Page 8: Oct 3 2023 — Ramapriya writes "Dear Ambassador Reuben --- it was nice to meet you last night and share some laughs." Reuben was the Israeli Consul General to New England (he has since left the position).
